This policy explains how BreathSutra, run by Neelam Kumar (an individual, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India) ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you use breathsutra.com or join our programmes.

1. Information we collect

• When you register: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and, optionally, what you would like help with.
• When you pay: your payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive your name, email, phone number, the amount and a payment reference. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• When you message us: the contents of your emails or WhatsApp messages.
• Link tracking: if you arrive through a tagged link (for example from a particular Instagram reel), we record that source with your registration.

2. How we use it

• To confirm your registration or payment and send you joining links, reminders and recordings.
• To contact you about our workshops and courses by email or WhatsApp, if you agreed to this when registering. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep records of payments as required by law.

3. Where it is stored and who sees it

Registration details are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to BreathSutra. We use trusted services to run our programmes — Google (forms, email and storage), Razorpay (payments), Zoom (classes), WhatsApp (messages) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to run our programmes and keep in touch with you, and payment records for as long as required by law.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you messages, by contacting breathsutra@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 95211 16455.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment partner may use cookies needed to process payments securely.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
