Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by you

Once your payment is successful, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, including if you are unable to attend some or all of the classes. Where a programme offers recordings, you can catch up on a missed class within the stated period (for example, 24 hours).

2. If we cancel or reschedule

If BreathSutra cancels a programme, or reschedules it and you cannot attend the new dates, we will offer you a place in a future batch or a full refund of the fee for that programme.

3. Payment errors

If you were charged twice for the same programme, or charged without your seat being confirmed, contact us with your payment reference and we will refund the extra amount.

4. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days of approval. The time taken for the money to reach your account depends on your bank.
